I ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. CDs fit through the letterbox, records and larger items are sent as a parcel. The shipping costs are shown in your basket before you pay.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving it. Let me know by email, and send the product back within 14 days after that. The cost of returning is for you.
Sealed CDs and records can only be returned if the seal has not been broken. Please return the product undamaged and in its original packaging.
Refund
I refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs within 14 days after I receive your cancellation, using the same payment method you used.
