These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every order placed in the online shop on this website. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Definitions
- I / me: Lotte Walda, the seller (see Who I am).
- You: the customer who places an order as a private person (consumer).
- Products: records, CDs, merchandise and other items offered in the shop.
2. Offer and prices
I describe my products as accurately as possible. Small differences, for example in colour on your screen, are possible. All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately in your basket before you pay. Obvious mistakes in prices or descriptions do not bind me.
3. Your order
The agreement is made as soon as you complete your order. You receive a confirmation by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after all, I let you know as soon as possible and refund any amount you have already paid.
4. Payment
You pay in advance using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Online payments are handled by a payment provider; I never see your bank or card details. If you choose a bank transfer, I ship your order as soon as the payment has been received. If I have not received your payment within 14 days, I may cancel the order.
5. Delivery
I ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout. I aim to ship within a few working days after payment; delivery times are an indication. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel the order free of charge. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Let me know by email within that period, and return the product within 14 days after notifying me. The cost of returning the product is for you. Handle the product with care during this period and return it complete and in its original packaging.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed CDs and records once the seal has been broken after delivery. Products made to your personal specifications are also excluded.
I refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days after receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method you used. I may wait with the refund until I have received the product back. Read more on the page Shipping & returns.
7. Warranty
My products meet the agreement and the reasonable expectations you may have of them. Is a product damaged on arrival, or did you receive the wrong item? Please email me within 14 days with a photo, and I will send a replacement or refund you, at no extra cost. Your statutory rights always remain.
8. Complaints
Not happy with something? Send me an email and describe what went wrong. I reply within 14 days and look for a solution together with you.
9. Privacy
I handle your personal data with care. Read more in my privacy policy.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every order. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection that the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
11. Changes
I may change these terms. The version that was on this website when you placed your order applies to that order.
